Thumbnail Review Policy

Not falling under the following criteria does not guarantee that the thumbnail will be approved.

The Studio Team strives to support the approval of thumbnails that meet the platform’s regulations.

The item thumbnail is the image users rely on to judge an item’s appeal before making a purchase on ZEPETO.

The example images below are provided solely for guidance on screening standards and are unrelated to profit. If you feel uncomfortable with any of the images, please contact Customer Support.

Please refer to the guide below and submit a thumbnail that clearly presents the key features and form of the item.

The following guide reflects the currently available screening standards and is subject to change according to internal policies.
