COS Explorer organization access
Prerequisites for organizational access
To use COS Explorer, your organization must first complete these steps:
- Prepare your list of static IP addresses Your organization must use static IPs to access COS Explorer. You need this list when you request access. Speak with your internal IT support if you need help identifying your static IPs. Learn more about COS Explorer IP whitelist.
- Submit your complete request Your provides you with a COS Explorer enrollment form to request access. On this form you must provide the list of static IPs you prepared, and details for at least 2 admin users to manage your organization's access including names, phone numbers, and email addresses. Submit the form to your RM. Cross River creates accounts for your admin users.
- Set up your users Your admin users create accounts for other users in your organization. Learn about COS Explorer user management.
Once a user has finished this initial access procedure, they can access COS Explorer from these links:
