The Kyndryl Development Experience (KDE) page is a centralized portal designed to enhance the developer experience and reduce cognitive load. It is a gateway to discovering and accessing technology assets, technical documents and reusable templates, all in one place. This release is being rolled out selectively to our esteemed CTO teams on a pilot basis. The KDE team will enable the correspondent feature flag and manage access, permissions, and onboarding.
Developers are empowered to view pending tasks, access commonly used developer tools and access resources.
Among all the benefits of using the KDE page, you can find the following:
- Develop or fix code quickly, thanks to ADO tickets and tech document access.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and share information with the CTO Tech Forum Viva Channel.
- Direct access to standard processes and practices for guidelines adherence and onboarding of resources.
- Encourage the adoption of GitHub Copilot.
- Monitor security insights and source code for components and software entities.
- Expedite projects and adopt secure coding standards with starter code configurations and templates.
