The structure of this table is modeled similarly to the Role table to facilitate easier joins with other tables.

Future Role Announcements - These are defined as announcements regarding roles that are scheduled to start, end, or change in the future. They are treated as events, and therefore, the model associates them with event-related attributes.

Role Start Announcements  - These events detail individuals who are expected to begin a new role at a future date.

Role End Announcements - These events provide information about individuals anticipated to conclude a role in the future.     

Role Change Announcements - These events provide information about individuals  who are expected to transition from their current role to a new one within the same organization, with both chnages occurring within a 3-day window.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        


The person_id represents the individual associated with the announcement event (i.e., the person who is expected to start a new role). This can be joined with the person table to retrieve all related attributes of the individual.


The organization_id refers to the organization associated with the announcement event  (i.e., the organization where the individual is expected to start a new role). This can be joined with the organization table to retrieve all related attributes of the  organization.


The date when the announcement was published.


Defines the type of announcement (i.e role start or role end).


A descriptive summary of the announcement event intended for client-facing communication. For example -'Sam Altman starting as CEO at Open AI'


The title of the role referenced in the announcement.


This field is populated based on the anticipated start or end date of the role, enabling support for future role announcements.

Milk fever is a disease characterized by reduced blood calcium levels. It occurs in early lactation, when demand for calcium for colostrum and milk production exceeds the cow's ability to mobilize calcium. "Fever" is a misnomer, as body temperature during the disease is generally not elevated. Milk fever symptoms include tremor in the muscles of the head and limbs until falling to a "sitting" position. Once down, cows may have a dry muzzle, staring eyes, cold legs and ears, constipation, and drowsiness.
